Editorial Process

Initial Submission

When you submit your article, it first goes through an initial check to make sure it meets our basic guidelines.

Double Blind Peer Review

We use a process called double blind peer review. This means that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept anonymous. Your article is sent to two experts in your field who review it without knowing who wrote it. Similarly, you won’t know who reviewed your article.

Review Criteria

The reviewers evaluate your paper based on our journal’s guidelines and the characteristics of a quality research paper. They look for things like clarity, originality, relevance, and accuracy.

Feedback and Revisions

If the reviewers suggest changes, we’ll send their feedback to you. This is to help you improve your article and ensure it meets high-quality standards. You will then revise your article based on their suggestions.

Acceptance

Once you make the necessary revisions and the reviewers are satisfied with the changes, your article will be accepted for publication.

This process helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the research we publish, ensuring that all articles meet high academic standards.

Editorial Process

Acknowledgment: We confirm receipt of your manuscript within 24 hours of submission.

Review Process

Your manuscript is sent to two reviewers who evaluate it anonymously. This review process typically takes up to two weeks.

Review Reports

The reviewers' feedback, along with publication terms, is sent to you by the executive editor.

Acceptance Decision

If your paper is accepted, you'll receive a positive reply from the executive editor. If it requires modifications, you'll get the reviewers' suggestions and a formal request to revise your paper within seven days. After revisions, your paper goes back to the same reviewers for approval. If major changes are needed and not approved by the reviewers, your paper may be rejected.

Publication Process

Once accepted, your paper undergoes final processing for online publication according to our terms. You'll receive an acceptance letter within five days of article acceptance. Before publication, you'll review the final draft for any last-minute corrections.

Online and Print Publication

Your article is published online first. You'll be notified with a download link. If essential changes are needed post-online publication, you can request corrections within three days. The journal is also printed within a week after online publication.

Distribution

After print publication, authors are asked to provide their mailing address within three days. You'll receive a hard copy of the journal within one month after print publication.

This process ensures transparency and quality in publishing your research with us.
